Koreman's Yuzucello is made with the greatest care from the yuzu fruit, which is responsible for the 'umami' taste, with characteristics of mandarin, orange, lemon and cactus. Today, the yuzu grows mainly on the smallest Japanese island of Shikoku and the harvest season only runs from November to January. Koreman's Yuzucello is therefore only available for a limited number of (winter) months! This makes Koreman's Yuzucello very exclusive and loved by star chefs, just like the yuzu fruit itself...

The cara caracello has a good balance of slightly sweet and fresh flavor. Together with the lobbiness, it makes the cara cara cello a perfect summer limited edition.
